FIELD: medicine; may be used in therapy and prophylaxis of diseases of respiratory organs and diseases associated with disturbance of ion composition of patient's blood. SUBSTANCE: air is saturated with electrically charged particles of medicinal substances. The source of medicinal substances is made in the form of monoliths distributed in body hollow and secured in it to form air ducts periodically connecting with one another. In this case, end working surfaces of monoliths are located perpendicular to the main direction of air flow in device body. Monoliths of the source of medicinal substances are elongated in shape and distance between monoliths equals five-fold width of monolith. Device is additionally provided with a nozzle made in the form of hollow tip for fixing in its hollow of device body and location of nozzle in patient's nose activity.
