FIELD: transport engineering; special-purpose vehicles. SUBSTANCE: proposed mobile complex contains modules 1, 4 and 5 with medical sections equipped with medical instruments, devices and facilities for habitability support and to be interconnected at deployment. Each module is essentially van-body on vehicle chasses and is provided with gear for coupling with adjacent module and with devices for loading and unloading stretchers with victims. Module 5 has section where surgeons can prepare for operations and have a rest and sterilization compartment. Over-wheel apertures are made in floor of at least one van-body. Said apertures are covered by cases in form rectangular parallelepipeds open from below. Gases are movable and provided with lifting and lowering mechanisms, front and rear stops for fixing cases in upper and lower positions and beads with sealing gaskets for sealing case-to-floor joint in both positions.
