FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has collapsible frame composed of three parts. Anterior part of the frame is pivotally connected to the middle part and butt-joints it by means of locking members The anterior part has fixed trough for fastening anterior pedicles of stretcher. Carriage is mounted on the frame middle part, posterior part of the stretcher being positioned and fastened on the carriage. The wheel-litter has wheel-and-ski undercarriage mechanism composed having two wheels of large diameter with solid disks, elastic tires and individual wheel suspension. Skies are mounted on wheel-litter wheels. The wheel-litter has mechanism for lifting guides, mechanism for moving the carriage along the guides, movable troughs having locking members to enable coupling with vehicle members and tie-rod for making engagement with coupling traction mechanism or other vehicle members and variable height upright with lock. The device is driven by two hospital attendants. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in moving victims both inside and outside medical field vehicles and facilities and loading-unloading victims. 4 cl, 4 dwg
