FIELD: building materials. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composites of compositions based on bitumen and polymers. Mastic for multiple purpose comprising bitumen, divinylstyrene thermoelastoplastic and a plasticizing agent contains paraflow as a plasticizing agent in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: bitumen, 75-92; divinylstyrene thermoelastoplastic, 3-20; plasticizing agent, 2-5. Multiple purpose mastic provides preparing coatings that can be exploited at temperature from 60 to +99 C due to using a plasticizing agent commercial product and, respectively, to expand field of its using. Invention provides the creation of bitumen compositions with increased temperature range using, coatings formed by these compositions and their using as components of commercial products only.
