FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polymer-bitumen mastic comprising bitumen, butadiene-styrene thermoplastic, filler, solvent and differs in that the polymer-bitumen mastic incorporates additionally a polar-type dibutyl phthalate plasticiser and PN-6K petroleum plasticiser with following weight ratio, percent by weight, i.e. bitumen of 40.0 to 0.0, butadiene-styrene thermoplastic of 2.0 to 4.0, polar-type dibutyl phthalate plasticiser of 1.0 to 4.0, PN-6K petroleum plasticiser of 1.0 to 5.0 and the solvent making the remainder. The invention relates also to the method of producing the aforesaid polymer-bitumen mastic. The set of intentions relates to production of protective coatings, i.e. hot, cold, water-proof, sealing, anti-rust and the like to be used in construction and protection of various machinery.
