SUBSTANCE: dust-depressing agent comprises mixture of polyethylene glycol monomethyl esters of the general formula (1) CH3O(CH2CH2O)nH wherein n is a whole number from 2 to 8, mean molecular mass 175-195 Da of the following composite, wt.-%: diethylene glycol monomethyl ester of the formula CH3O(CH2CH2O)2H, 0,1-15; triethylene glycol monomethyl ester of the formula CH3O(CH2CH2O)3H, 30-50; tetraethyleme glycol monomethyl ester of the formula CH3O(CH2CH2O)4H, 20-35; pentaethylene glycol monomethyl ester of the formula CH3O(CH2CH2O)5H, 10-20; hexaethylene glycol monomethyl ester, CH3O(CH2CH2O)6H 3,5- 10; heptaethylene glycol monomethyl ester, CH3O(CH2CH2O)7H 1-5; octaethylene glycol monomethyl ester, CH3O(CH2CH2O)8H 0,1-1,5. Dust-depressing agent shows the enhanced dust-depressing capacity, low toxicity, low volatility, stability in storage and transporting. Dust-depressing agent is designated for prevention dust formation of fine- grained friable materials (potassium, nitrogen, phosphorus fertilizers and so on).
