FIELD: construction industry. SUBSTANCE: novelty of process of manufacture of boring pile in firm ground lies in that it provides for drilling of hole of helical shape with coarse thread by drilling mechanism with excavation of ground. Drilling mechanism includes part that remains stable relative to ground during drilling and is anchored on vehicle and mobile part with reduction gears, cutting tools to cut thread, screw to excavate ground with window in upper part and collapsible box-shaped hose into which ground is fed through window in screw and is discharged outside. Hole is drilled in single drive, then mobile part of drilling mechanism is lifted, laid and moved to new position, hole is tested and encased in concrete. EFFECT: manufacture of reinforced concrete boring piles of high bearing capacity for arrangement of foundations of buildings and structures in any firm sedimentary grounds. 12 dwg
