FIELD: construction industry, erection of bearing walls and other structural members. SUBSTANCE: module of permanent forms has side walls interjoined by separable lintels securing installation of metal fittings. Side walls are made of foam polystyrene. Separable lintels are produced from shock-proof polystyrene. On one side of each lintel there are two locks placed perpendicular one another for fixing correspondingly horizontal and vertical metal bar fittings of various diameters. Locks to fix horizontal metal bar fittings come in the form of two springy plates which free ends have ribbed surface, distance between them is less than diameter of metal bar fittings. Locks to fix vertical metal bar fittings come in the form of two windows of different dimensions with tabs located on sides and facing one another and U-shaped clamp with feet of different height. Cross- sectional dimensions of feet correspond to dimensions of windows and their internal surface is provided with ribs-catches. EFFECT: provision for reduced weight and improved heat-insulation properties of module, decreased cost of its transportation, decreased cost of assembly of permanent forms, provision for reliable installation of metal bar fittings. 3 dwg
