FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be used as permanent shuttering cavity forming element in production of reinforced concrete hollow core board structures. Permanent shuttering cavity forming element includes hollow housing equipped with spatial position retainer, includes cone-shaped support legs located on its outer surface, and at least one box-like part in form of truncated pyramid, open from larger base side, made with grooves in corners formed by lateral sides matching, and with stiffening ribs, supporting upper surface, differs in that support legs are made with fixing elements in form of roughness or corrugations on their outer surface or in form of anchorage, and spatial position fixing device is composed of cylindrical recesses located on box part upper side external surface with projections for connection of permanent shuttering adjacent cavity forming elements to each other by means of connection sleeves, made in form of semi-circular chute at ends, in form of chute with U-shaped or triangular cross-section in middle area and having grooves and holes for connection with appropriate ledges arranged in box part recesses, wherein box part upper side and lateral sides interface zone is made bevelled at angle ranging from 20 to 60 degrees, and interface zone height is not less than 1 cm, and box part upper side outer surface has roughness in form of strips, grooves or dots, which height and width is not exceeding 10 mm, arranged so that there are gaps, corresponding to stiffness ribs arranged on box part upper side inner surface.

EFFECT: task of invention is providing board structures with specified design strength and increasing board structures strength in wide range of produced board structures sizes due to increase in accuracy of maintaining cavity forming elements optimum shape arranged in certain way in reinforced concrete multi cavity board structure.
