FIELD: converter engineering; power supplies for induction heating. SUBSTANCE: proposed inverter has single-phase bridge built around transistors shorted out by opposing diodes and incorporating capacitor that shorts out inverter output leads; collector group of single-phase bridge is connected to positive input lead of inverter through filter choke and ac leads of this bridge are connected to output leads of inverter through switching chokes; emitter group of single-phase bridge is connected to negative input lead of inverter through second filter choke; inverter also has series circuit set up of following components: voltage sensor for sensing voltage across its output leads; null device; adding counter; subtracting counter; pulse shaper; flip-flop; output stage whose outputs are connected to gate electrodes of transistor connected across diagonally opposite terminals of bridge; second output stage whose first input is connected to second output of flip-flop and outputs, to gate electrodes of transistor placed across second diagonally opposite terminals of bridge; second flip-flop whose output is connected to second inputs of output stage, first input is connected to null device output and second input, to pulse shaper output; master oscillator whose output is connected to complementing input of adding counter; second master oscillator whose output is connected to complementing input of subtracting counter and write input, to null device output.
