FIELD: primary treatment of food and feed plant products before laying for storage. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying liquid antiseptic onto plant products, with liquid antiseptic being saturated aqueous solution of preparation produced by sequential extracting of Mortierella nantahalensis micromycet biomass with the use of non-polar extractant in above- critical state, water, alkaline, water, acid, water, alkaline, and water, with following joining of first extract with solid residue. EFFECT: simplified process for treating of plant product before laying for storage.
