FIELD: primary treatment of food and feed plant product. SUBSTANCE: method involves using antiseptic for applying onto plant product surface, said antiseptic being saturated aqueous solution of preparation produced from Mortierella strangulata micromycet biomass by predetermined process. Use of saturated water provides for solubility of micromycet biomass preparation and creates anaerobic conditions in plant product treatment zone resulting in partial killing of microflora, in particular, aerobic forms in vegetative stage of development. EFFECT: simplified treatment process.
