FIELD: food engineering, in particular, cooking of coffee powder preliminarily placed in container (cartridge). SUBSTANCE: coffee machine has cooking chamber and inclined perforating member fixed in coffee cooking chamber bottom and adapted for making elongated slits in coffee container (cartridge), with section of slits exceeding section of certain perforating member. Cooking chamber case is composed of two parts. Upper part is designed for supporting of coffee container (cartridge) in vertical position and is moved by spring. For closing of cooking chamber, its case is lifted with respect to closing piston. When introduced into cooking chamber, closing piston moves case upper part downward toward lower part of cooking chamber against force applied by spring. In final position of cooking chamber case, front portion of container is hydraulically sealed with respect to rear part of cooking chamber by sealing members. For cooking of coffee powder, cooking chamber is subjected to hydraulic action of excessive pressure of cooking water so that cooking water flows through openings into container (cartridge). Front part of container (cartridge) is perforated by closing member equipped with protrusions so that cooked coffee beverage may exit through formed openings and flow to beverage discharge opening. EFFECT: increased efficiency and simplified construction. 7 cl, 6 dwg
