SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes spirally twisting liquid and directing it to nozzle with neck and diffuser outlet chamber. Liquid moves over logarithmic spiral. At the end of neck, successive series of cavitation zones is formed as axial chain at collapsing within diffuser chamber. Cavitation generator is located in cavity of vortex cylinder forming clearance closed by angular and translational speed ratio regulator and made in form of shell mounted for axial motion.
