FIELD: heat-and-power industry; chemical industry; food-processing industry; oil-processing industry; methods of dispersion of the liquids.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the method of dispersion of the liquids and may be used in heat-and-power industry, in chemical industry, oil-processing industry and food-processing industry for production of the stable and homogeneous finely dispersed emulsions, for realization of the mass exchanging processes between two liquid mediums in the processes of extraction, and also at preparation of the black oil-water mixtures for burning. The method provides for introduction of the flows of the solid and dispersed liquid mediums into the chamber of feeding of the energy with their subsequent dispersion and mixing in the dispenser. The pressure of in the chamber of feeding of the energy is set higher than in the dispenser. The flows are fed into the dispenser in the pulsed mode and give them the helical motion with the speed of rotation increasing lengthwise the axis of the motion of the flows. Then provide the cavitation in the mixture of the flows and expose the mixture to dilation. Feeding of the flows in the pulsed mode conduct in the form of the series consisting of the several short pulses separated from each other by the short intervals, which duration is determined by the formula. The pressure in the chamber of feeding of the energy is formed by sealing of the chamber and heating of the flows up to the operational temperature. The invention allows to low the power consumption, to increase effectiveness of the dispersion and homogenization of the emulsions, to intensify the process of the mass transfer.
EFFECT: the invention ensures reduction of the power consumption, the increased effectiveness of the dispersion and homogenization of the emulsions, intensification of the process of the mass transfer.
