Object terminals, units of alarms, navigation measurements, navigation measurements, navigation data processing and radio modes and independent transmitters are installed on vehicle which transmit coded messages concerning condition of vehicle at frequencies changing according to pseudorandom law. Radio direction finding stations are base stations of microcellular data transmission network forming common retransmission- radio direction finding network together with its retransmission units and stationary object terminals. Retransmission-radio direction finding network is controlled from acquisition and processing center which is furnished with interface unit with street-road network and with unit of processing and displaying cartographic and semantic information. Console terminal is coupled through central radiomodem with standard radio network of mobile ground service, for instance, of GSM standard.
