FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used at designing of running gears of street cars and railway cars. Proposed bogie has two-stage springing system. In secondary springing system one torsion device is used whose torsion bar 15 is arranged along overspring beam 24 and is movably connected with longitudinal beams 22, 23 of bogie frame. Torsion bar is connected with overspring beam by means of two lever systems. With overspring beam tilting crosswise relative to direction of bogie resilient counteraction force arising in torsion bar tries to return overspring beam in initial position. In primary and secondary springing systems use is made of hydraulic vibration dampers and devices suppressing high- frequency component of vertical vibrations 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14. EFFECT: provision of effective damping of car angular vibrations in cross direction, provision of smooth vertical and horizontal interaction of car and bogie. 5 cl, 3 dwg
