FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: trolley has a two-stage suspension. In the central suspension system, a stabilizing torsion device is used. It is located on the frame of the trolley in the space between the transverse beams of the frame. Torsion shaft is fixed by the ends in the bearings across the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the trolley. On the shaft levers are fixed, that are connected to the bolster by the suspension beam in the places of the lateral stops of the bolster. Fastening of suspension brackets to levers and bolster is carried out through spherical hinges. Suspensions of the stabilizer are located at an angle to the vertical and are tilted to the center by the upper hinges.
EFFECT: amplitude of the angular vibrations of the car in the transverse direction, the vertical rigidity of the springs of the carriage of the car and the vertical accelerations acting on the car body are reduced.
