INSTALLATION FOR PURIFICATION OF WATER USED MAINLY FOR DROP IRRIGATION Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: agriculture; water purification for drop irrigation. SUBSTANCE: invention presents an installation for water purification, that may be used in drop irrigation. The installation for water purification contains a hermetically sealed container filled with a filtration material, pipelines for water delivery from a water reservoir and for offtake of the purified water, a network for offtake of products of pollution. The vertically mounted container is divided into chambers, each of which by 3/4 - 2/3 of its volume is filled with a filtration material and supplied with a hatch with a lid, as well as an individual high-pressure hydrocyclone with a high pressure water-delivering pipeline. In a cavity of the container there is a water removing pipeline mounted coaxially to the cavity geometrical axis of symmetry. On the surface of some limited segments of the pipeline there are slots covered with a water-permeable material. The high-pressure water- delivering pipelines of the hydrocyclones are linked with the container through the lids of the hatches in each chamber. At that the pipelines of delivery of the non-purified water into the hydroclones and purified water removing pipeline are hydraulically linked with the pipelines used for feeding of water from the water reservoir and with a pipeline of offtake of the purified water by the three-way valves.
