SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agricultural reclamation. Irrigation system of drip irrigation of the sowing department of the nursery for growing seedlings and forest plant and horticultural crops contains a hydraulically connected water source, pumping station, filter, pressure gauges, stop valves, main pipeline, network of pipelines, droppers. Additionally, the system is equipped with a water-sump tank and a module for electro-activation of irrigation water. Tank-settler has a sedimentary chamber. Module of electroactivation consists of a DC source and an electroactivation unit with a potential switch. Water source is equipped with a water intake structure with a trash rack and a fish protection device. Water intake structure is hermetically connected to the pumps. Pressure pipes of the pumps are connected to a hermetic filter construction. Filtering construction is connected to a water-air settling tank. On the trunk pipeline mounted fertilizer tank mixer. Electro-activator of the irrigation water contains a supply pipe with an external electrode attached. Semipermeable diaphragm made of microporous plastic is installed in the internal cavity of the electrode. Diaphragm separates the inner electrode from the outer electrode. Internal electrode is made in the form of cup springs.

EFFECT: ensures the destruction of microbes and pests; quality of sowing material increases; reduced energy costs.
