FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to liquid concentrate of disinfecting agent and its application in washing equipments without dismantling (CIP-treatment), in particular, in production of beverages. Indicated concentrate has no surface-active substances and contains the following components: benzoic acid and/or antibacterial derivative of benzoic acid taken among group consisting of salicylic acid, p-hydroxybenzoic acid and p- chlorobenzoic acid; at least one organic solvent for benzoic acid and/or its derivative(s) that can be mixed with water or that is water- -soluble solvent (monohydric and dihydric alcohols); at least one acid (mineral or organic acid) and/or buffer substance to provide acidic pH value.
