SUBSTANCE: invention relates to acid detergent solutions ready for use, which have pH in the range from 0.1 to 5.5 and contain approximately from 0.00003-0.0075 wt % (fatty alkyl)-1,3-aminopropane or its salt, which has general formula R-NH-CH₂CH₂CH₂NH₂, where R is a (C₄-C₂₂)-alkyl group. The said compositions preferably contain (C₁-C₁₆)-alkylsulfonic acid. The composition can also contain an acid-active or acid-resistant enzyme. The invention also relates to methods of using these compositions. The method of cleaning surfaces involves a stage where the composition is put deposited on the surface. The method of cleaning a system on-site (without dismantling equipment) involves bringing the surface of the system into contact with the composition. The method of reducing foaming of the composition involves addition of a surfactant system.

EFFECT: obtaining a multifunctional detergent, capable of cleaning, disinfecting and removing deposits from surfaces, for use on dirty surfaces, especially surfaces contaminated with dairy deposits and deposits of other food products.
