FIELD: oil and gas production. SUBSTANCE: facility includes sealed air chamber with atmospheric pressure, intake chamber with holes in side surface plugged tight in which space combustible solid composite material comprising several parts is placed. Cylindrical blasting cartridges made of same material with clad face surfaces and axially symmetrical channel in each are put on face surfaces of main part of combustible solid composite material. Metal spring is placed in channel of blasting cartridge facing air chamber. External face of blasting cartridge is fixed by metal ring and sealing space on which external side metal disc is located. Metal lattice which outer diameter is less than inner diameter of ring is positioned between faces of blasting cartridge and main part facing one another. Metal spring is attached with one end to center of lattice, its other end is attached to tie rod located in center of metal disc. External side of face surface of blasting cartridge facing well is fixed with the help of metal ring on which external side sealing spacer and metal disc are arranged. Body of intake chamber can be made of metal or impact-resistant plastic material. Metal spring can also be installed and fixed in similar way in channel of blasting cartridge facing well. EFFECT: raised delivery of wells thanks to treatment of critical area of wells, increased functional reliability of facility due to improved sealing of faces and formation of free adjustable volume in intake chamber. 2 cl, 1 dwg, 1 tbl
