METHOD OF TREATMENT OF BOTTOM-HOLE ZONE AND DEVICE FOR ITS EMBODIMENT Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

Abstract RU 2173775 C1

FIELD: oil producing industry. SUBSTANCE: method includes delivery to bottom hole, on cable-rope of device consisting of air chamber ending in receiving chamber accommodating composition generating gas during its combustion. Composition is burnt to form hot gaseous products at high pressure within interval of treatment zone. Air chamber is opened and impurities is withdrawn from bottom-hole formation zone. Gas-generating composition is used in the form of mixture liberating in thermodestruction of hydrofluoric and hydrochloric acids and including the following ratio of components, wt. %: ammonium nitrate, 30-35; ammonium difluoride, 45-50; ammonium chloride, 17-22; epoxy compound, 3-5; or composition including, wt.%: ammonium nitrate, 40-50; polytrifluorochloroethylene, 45-50; epoxy compound, 5-10. Before opening of air chamber, said components are allowed to stand for deeper reaction of hydrofluoric and hydrochloric acids with rock. For this purpose gas-generating composition is burnt in receiving chamber. Then, in a preset period of time, air chamber is opened by operation of combustible diaphragm with igniter installed on its bottom. Igniter of combustible diaphragm of air chamber is initiated by electric pulse which is sent from wellhead through cable-rope or from igniter cord located in space between combusible diaphragm and upper end face of gas-generating composition in receiving chamber. One end of igniter cord is connected to igniter of combustible diaphragm. The end is deepened into end face of gas-generating composition for its initiatiton. EFFECT: higher efficiency of treatment of bottom-hole formation zone composed from terrigenous rocks. 3 cl, 2 dwg, 7 ex
