FIELD: collieries and ore mines. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mine industry and it is designed for mechanization of operations, for delivering working liquid to operating members of high-pressure hydraulic systems of cleaning units and powered supports of collieries and are mines. Proposed station includes pumping unit made in form of pump connected with motor through clutch. Tank is hydraulically coupled with pumping unit through suction pipeline and delivery pipeline connected with consumer hydraulic system. Check valve is installed for closing delivery pipeline. Station is furnished with automatic unloader and drain pipeline secured on tank, drain pipeline secured on tank, drain pipeline connecting tank with consumer hydraulic system. Loading throttle is installed between delivery and drain pipelines for connecting the pipelines. Coarse filter is installed in drain pipeline and high- pressure fine filter is installed in delivery pipeline before automatic unloader. Gear pump is hydraulically coupled by hydraulic oil filter and tubular cooler installed in hydraulic oil feed line. Three hydraulic accumulators are in communication with pressure pipeline. Two of said hydraulic accumulators are installed after check valve, and one, before check valve. One shutoff cock is installed in delivery pipeline, and one in drain pipeline to close said pipelines and disconnect pumping station from consumer hydraulic system. One shutoff cock installed in suction pipeline provides closing of said pipeline and disconnecting pumping unit from tank. Pressure relays are installed in delivery and drain pipelines and in pressure oil hydraulic for disconnecting pumping station from electric circuit. Visual control pressure gauge are installed delivery and drain pipelines and in oil hydraulic line. Tank is rigidly secured on additional frame. Pump contains housing accommodating drive gear-shaft and eccentric shaft installed on bearings. Connecting rods installed on eccentric shaft are coupled with sliders by means of pins, horizontally arranged plungers installed for reciprocating in housing by means of cups furnished with guide cup seals. Bearing of drive gear-shaft and eccentric shaft are closed by covers. Pump housing accommodates also suction and delivery valves installed in form of monoblocks closed by end face covers and arranged coaxially with axes of plungers forming working chambers with plungers and delivery chambers with end face covers. Suction valves serve simultaneously as guides for delivery valves. Filler hole made in upper part of pump housing is provided with filler strainer. Invention is aimed as increasing reliability of pumping station owing to releasing the load at reduction or no consumption of working liquid. Possibility is provided to replace and readjust hydraulic equipment in underground mine workings in collieries. EFFECT: provision of trouble-free operation of station at short-time interruptions of power supply, reduced influence of peak loads. 6 cl, 5 dwg
