FIELD: proximate analysis of liquid media by their thermal and physical parameters. SUBSTANCE: proximate method of analysis consists in fast heating of liquid on surface of wire heater-probe by pulse of electric current, in recording of its physical parameter, in determination of measured parameter, in establishment of dependence of this parameter on analyzed property and in analysis of given medium. In correspondence with invention liquid is heated to chosen temperature by pulse of electric current which is below temperature of its achievable overheating. Thereafter second pulse of electric current is fed to probe and it is heated again to chosen temperature. Time of achievement of chosen temperature with second pulse is measured. Index of thermal resistance of liquid medium is used in the capacity of physical parameter recorded at chosen temperature and its value is evaluated by time of achievement of chosen temperature with second pulse. EFFECT: provision for automatization of proximate method of analysis of liquid media with preservation of high sensitivity of method and prevented destruction of specimen. 3 cl, 3 dwg
