FIELD: manufacture of specific bedclothes. SUBSTANCE: set of bedclothes has earthed sheet and current-conductive pillow-case, pyjamas or nightgown, blanket and blanket cover, which are manufactured from natural, synthetic or mixed materials. Discrete galvanically unconnected current-conductive members are built in said material structure. Current-conductive members form temporary local current-conductive channels between individual's common integument and atmosphere, as well as between individual's common integument and blanket for involvement of individual's organism into electric metabolic processes during sleeping.
