FIELD: removal of toxic components from exhaust gas. SUBSTANCE: device for irradiation with electron beam is utilized for irradiation of exhaust gas carrying combustion products to remove toxic components from exhaust gas. Device includes source of electron beam for generation of electrons, acceleration tube for acceleration of electrons emitted by source of electron beam, focusing electromagnet adjusting diameter of electron beam by application of magnetic field to electron beam displaying high energy and formed in acceleration tube, electromagnet to deviate and scan electron beam by application of magnetic field to electron beam and radiation window for passage of electron beam. Electron beam is focused in focal point by focusing electromagnet so that electron beam converges once and then diverges and is emitted outwards through radiation window. EFFECT: prevented convergence of electron beam in position of maximum scanning, stable obtainment of radiation zone showing uniform density of energy where uniform irradiation with electron beam is carried out. 4 cl, 3 dwg
