FIELD: welding, namely robotized complexes used in lines for assembling - welding bodies of automobiles. SUBSTANCE: robotized complex includes wheeling out tables supporting stations for charging, welding, discharging. Welding robots are placed between wheeling out tables and they are provided with welding jigs. Discharging apparatus is in the form of robot arranged between wheeling out tables. Robot used for discharging and charging for next technological operation is also used for afterwelding by means of stationary welding apparatus that may rotate around its vertical axis and it is provided with several welding tongs of the same or different types. Method provides loading of welding equipment used in line by 100%. EFFECT: simplified design, improved efficiency of robotized complex, reduced manufacturing areas. 3 cl, 3 dwg
