FIELD: production of ozonators. SUBSTANCE: the invention presents an ozonator for treatment of air and aqueous mediums. The ozonator for treatment of air and aqueous mediums contains the high-voltage power supply source 4 and connected to it by the current conductors 5, 6 two electrodes 1, 2 with a gas gap 3 between them. One of the electrodes is the ion-conducting medium encased in a shell made of the dielectric material 7. A running end 8 of the current conductor 6 connecting electrode 2 with the high-voltage power supply bridging an electrode 2 with high-voltage source 4 is inserted in the ion-conducting medium through a shell 7.
