FIELD: locksmith's work. SUBSTANCE: the lock has a closing mechanism with a spring-loaded head, slider and a return spring, and a code unlocking mechanism including a number of buttons, the code unlocking mechanism has two parallel movable racks - counting and code ones provided with an actuating member, for example, a bulge engageable with the closing mechanism, a number of the main ratchet devices actuated by the code buttons and coming in engagement with the ratchets, as well as an auxiliary ratchet device for fixation of the counting rack in the intermediate positions, coupled to the rack resetting button and with the member of the counting rack that can act on the auxiliary ratchet device when it is beyond the extreme operating position, the number of the teeth of the counting rack equals the number of the code characters increased by one, multiplied by the number of the code buttons, while the code rack has teeth reset along it, whose number equals the number of the code characters, besides, the lock is provided with a mechanism for interlocking of simultaneous displacement of the buttons inserting a system of inserts engageable with the contracted button ends.
