SUBSTANCE: system designed for distributed planning of broadcasting data entities has data entity maintenance subsystem, channel assembly unit, broadcast means, and plurality of terminal-user personal computers; data entity maintenance subsystem receives data entities from plurality of separate sources and maintains their propagation, modification, and use; coupled with data entity maintenance subsystem is plurality of assembly stations wherein data entities received can be processed for broadcasting; channel assembly unit incorporates plurality of channel assembly centers and several channel control centers which enlarge data entities and plan broadcast procedure for them; each planned data entity is encoded in compliance with subscription associated with service; then encoded data entity is multiplexed in time-division channel passing broadcast bit flow, and broadcast means transfers encoded bit flow through broadcast channel to terminal users provided with personal computers.
