SUBSTANCE: mobile communication network comprises unit (SGSN1) of basic network and unit (NB1, RNC1) of access, which are arranged with the possibility to control manipulation of data bursts sent between object (AF1) of service and user equipment (UE1). Multiple classes of service related to quality of service are previously configured, and selected class of service is selected from specified multitude for transfer. The first context (PDP1) of transfer is established between unit of basic network and user equipment (UE1), besides specified first context of transfer is associated with the first set of attributes for determination of the first quality of service for exchange of data bursts with user equipment in process of transfer. Besides the second context (RAB1, RB1) of transfer is established between unit of access (NB1, RNC1) and user equipment (UE1), besides specified second context of transfer is associated with the second set of attributes for determination of the second quality of service for exchange of data bursts with user equipment in process of transfer. Selected class of service determines the first set of attributes by means of the first unique function of display performed in unit of basic network, and selected class of service determines the second set of attributes by means of the second unique function of display performed in access unit.
EFFECT: specification of quality of service, which units in mobile communication network use to manipulate data bursts.
