FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has connection unit for making connection to endoscope opening, outlet check valve and filtering means set on the discharge flow way from the opening into the environment via check valve for preventing from releasing chemical substance into the opening in active form. The outlet check valve is pneumatically coupled to the environment and endoscope opening when being connected to the endoscope opening. The outlet check valve is arranged so that it releases flow from the opening into the environment when environment pressure is low for reducing pressure in endoscope space and to hinder the reversed flow via the opening from the environment after achieving pressure equilibrium in the environment and internal endoscope space. EFFECT: prevented elastomer membrane from fracturing; avoided penetration of antimicrobial gas into endoscope. 17 cl, 4 dwg
