FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to endoscope sterilisation. Proposed method comprises the following stages: a) pressurisation of air buffer communicated with endoscope inner channel to preset pressure exceeding ambient pressure; b) isolation of air buffer from test connector by isolating valve; c) releasing pressure from inner space under endoscope jacket; d) opening said valve and measuring air buffer pressure; e) in case air buffer pressure does not drop to preset value there is test connector improper connection to endoscope channel. In compliance with second version, proposed methods may comprise the following stages: a) pressurisation of air buffer communicated with endoscope inner channel to preset pressure exceeding ambient pressure; b) isolation of air buffer from test connector by isolating valve; c) opening said valve and measuring air buffer pressure; e) in case air buffer pressure does not drop to preset value there is test connector improper connection to endoscope channel.

EFFECT: possibility to verify adequacy of test connector connection to endoscope channel.
