FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves creating microsurgical anastomosis connecting ejaculatory duct and epididymus in the exposed duct loop zone. The ejaculatory duct is cut to lumen 12-15 mm in length. Epididymus capsule is cut 9-12 mm above obstruction place. Far anastomosis lip is created. Epididymus loop is selected. Fish line is brought under the loop making a yoke. The yoke ends are brought in urethropetal way through the ejaculatory duct to the scrotum skin. The whole epididymus loop is invaginated into the ejaculatory duct lumen in antegrade direction. Edges of ejaculatory duct mucosa are sutured together. The nearest anastomosis lip is formed. Epididymus duct loop fracture is produced 9-11 days later in ejaculatory duct lumen by pulling in turn both fish line ends. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in preventing cicatricial anastomosis development. 3 dwg
