FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing guide member into the lumen of duct ends under anastomosis. 3-4 U-shaped adapting sutures are stitched as the first row in conducting atraumatic needle w a thread through adventitial, muscular and submucous layers of one ejaculatory duct end under anastomosis. The needle is removed through the same layers in repeating the mentioned actions in reversed order. The sutures are tightened and tied after withdrawing the guide member. Interrupted adventitial sutures are stitched between the U-shaped adapting sutures as the second row. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in achieving juxtaposed duct wall layer adaptation. 2 dwg
