FIELD: water supply. SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the water-supply and intended for the water intake from surface water sources and its purification without usage any reactants directly in these water sources. Installation for intake and purification of water from the surface water sources contains an open from above body with a floatation zone equipped with a perforated tubular system, linked by a pressure pipeline with a pressure reservoir, which is connected by a pipe of a shortened diameter to a pressure branch-pipe of a pump; a free-run water pipe used for the purified water export, a pipe for delivery of the water to consumers; a coastal well, in the first section of which there are a latch and pipelines, and in the second section - a taking-in valve and a suction tube of a pump. In the first section of the coastal well additionally there are some latches. There is the third section of the coastal well. The installation also has: a compressor linked by an air tube with a pressure reservoir and by a connecting pipe -with a pressure pipeline, that is linked with a pipe of air delivery into the lower part of the air-lift pipe located vertically in the center of the body and linked in its upper part with a pipe used for export of the air-and-water mixture with its sediment into the third section of the coastal well; a water quality detectors unit with a pipe delivering water from a water source and connected by a conductor with one of inputs of the automatic control unit, the other input of which is connected by a conductor to the water level detector located in the lower part of the second section of the coastal well, and outputs are connected by conductors to starting devices of the compressor, the pump and the actuating mechanisms of the electrified latches located on a pressure pipeline, the purified water export free-run pipe, on the pipe of air feeding into the lower part of the air-lift pipe, on the pipe of the water-air mixture with sediments export, on the linking pipe, on the pipe of the shortened diameter, on the pipe of water delivery to consumers and on a compressed air pipeline. EFFECT: the invention allows to increase operating flexibility of the installation, to decrease the operation costs, to simplify operation. 1 dwg
