Proposed device contains flange with holes used for connection by bolts with opposite laying flange of other pipeline, and conical inner surface, and nipple with conical outer surface. Device includes also additional member made in form of plates radially installed over perimeter of circumference at locking area of pipeline, and nipple lock.
