FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes mounting of containers with their fittings onto support surfaces of turnable stops 7 hinge-secured on platform frame, and locking the containers from displacement in vertical plane by lock 3. Lock 3 contains thrust plate and counterweight and it is fitted in fastening hole on vertical longitudinal wall of fitting and slot made on turnable stop at angle relative to cross axis of platform frame, thrust plate is driven into inner space of fitting and then is turned to set it in horizontal position. Container fastening device of platform on frame consisting of longitudinal and cross bars has turnable stop 7 hinge-connected on cross beam of frame and made in form of plate with stop and lock 3. Through channel-like slot is made on turnable stop at angle relative to cross axis of platform frame parallel to axis of lock fitted in fastening hole of container fitting and in slot. Lock is made of rolled section and is furnished with plate and counterweight. EFFECT: simplified design, improved reliability. 5 dwg
