SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport and equipment for fastening containers on platforms. Proposed device comprises bottom part including lower plate (1) to be secured on platform elements, thrust plate (2) secured on lower plate and provided with three pairs of eye lugs which extend vertically upward and are made with through holes, in each pair having common longitudinal axis, and upper part including base plates with rigidly fixed on them by two fitting supports (7) and (15), protruding vertically upwards, with two rotary axes, made with possibility of arrangement and rotation in through holes extreme pairs of thrust plate eyes. In the through holes of the third pair of lugs there is a fixing axis.

EFFECT: invention provides reliability and safety of transportation, possibility to fix containers of any standard sizes, increases service life and increases convenience of operation.
