SUBSTANCE: composite closing cap is intended for bottle neck closing which neck contains ring portion with lower shoulder and male thread. Composite closing cap has H height in axial direction and contains metal closing cap, plastic insert and the first and the second external part. Metal closing cap contains metal head and metal skirt and has axial height Hc<H and middle diametre Dm. Additionally, the metal cap contains rolled zone and facility for the first easy opening of composite closing cap, herewith, the lower portion of metal skirt stays rigidly connected with neck when composite closing cap is screwed off during the first opening of the neck. Plastic insert is rigidly connected with the upper part of metal closing cap and contains head and skirt with female thread with axial height Hi<Hc. The first external part is connected with metal closing cap and contains at least one peripheral portion with middle diametre Dp>DM for hand gripping in such a way that when neck is overlapped by composite closing cap manual rotation of external part results in rotation of metal closing cap and rotation of insert providing composite closing cap screwing off and neck opening. The second external part is joined with metal skirt with possibility to overlap and mask the lower portion of metal closing cap.
EFFECT: invention is focused on creation of new design of composite closing cap with protection facilities which cap is easy in use and has high resistance against dismantling with fraudulent intents during bottle refilling ensuring quick and easy way to determine unauthorised opening.
