FIELD: mining industry mechanical engineering; conveyor transport. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to conveyor transport, mainly, to device to adjust length of flight conveyor of breakage face and to tensions its chains centrally brought out of guides by means of extensible end drive. It can be used in head drive or drives of similar design of reloaders. Proposed device includes movable ands fixed frames of drive mounted on common plate, flight chain, guides for flight chain, members to overlap spaces between extended movable and fixed frames, transport chute hinge connected with movable frame and movable frame hydraulic cylinders. Device is furnished with interlocks with flanges secured on fixed frame and installed over guide flanges of grooves for flight chain in transport chute. Flanges on interlocks on cantilevers are provided with projections in form of edges pointed downwards and arranged with possibility of contacting with surfaces of flights to provide their ordered motion. Width of flanges of interlocks exceeds sizes of guide flanges of transport chute overlapped by interlock flanges. Projections of interlocks are arranged along flanges through size not less than movable frame shift pitch. Invention improves reliability and efficiency of conveyor length adjuster, provides tensioning of transportation member with chains brought out centrally from guides owing to longitudinal interlocking of lights getting out of the limits of flanges of transport chute guide grooves in place of disconnection of adjacent end faces at compensating parting of frame of telescopic drive.
