FIELD: industries and farming for magnetization of water systems, loose materials, seeds and cultures. SUBSTANCE: proposed apparatus includes four modules each including magnetic circuit, magnetizing coil and poles. Modules are interconnected by means of non-magnetic plates and are mounted on pipe line. Poles are provided with grooves at areas where they get in contact with pipe line; depth of groove of ferromagnetic material does not exceed minimum side of area of contact of each pole.
