FIELD: methods of gluing parts, mainly powder and pyrotechnic units. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes preparation of surfaces of blank to be glued and surface of through passage of part and degreasing these surfaces, placing the blank on mandrel prior to degreasing its surfaces, application of layer of adhesive and keeping the blank in air. After degreasing the surfaces of through passage of part and blank (before degreasing its surfaces) ate placed in device coaxially relative to each other by surfaces to be glued together. Part is placed above blank by fitting its passage on rod coaxial to mandrel. Blank is pressed to mandrel by end face of rod and they are turned together during degreasing and bonding. Pressing the blank and through passage of part over surfaces to be glued together is performed by moving the part over rod and mandrel towards blank. Then setting or hardening of adhesive is carried out, after which quality of adhesive joint is checked. Device proposed for realization of this method has housing with hole and mandrel copying shape of through passage of part on side of gluing the blank. One end of said mandrel is received by hole in housing; it has mounting seat for blank on upper end face. Housing has [-shaped form. Distance between projections of housing is more than two lengths of part along through passage and depth of gluing the blank on side of mandrel. Projections of housing have coaxial through holes. Received by hole of lower projection is mandrel whose end face is located at distance from it exceeding depth of gluing the blank in through passage of part. Received by hole of upper projection is rod performing forced reciprocating motion at travel of end face of mandrel exceeding the length of part along through passage. Cross section of said rod copies shape of cross section of flow section of passage of part taking into account their running fit. Shape of end face of rod directed to mandrel copies shape of blank bottom fitted on mandrel. Second end of rod projecting from housing upward is provided with handle for forced motion. Device is provided with retainers locking the rod and blank fitted on it in positions remote from mandrel.
