FIELD: agriculture; draining-and-moistening system. SUBSTANCE: proposed land reclamation system includes drains, collectors, water supply system and mellowing sections. Said sections are located in middle part between collectors, and head parts of drains are located on land reclamation mellowing sections. Width of mellowing sections is 0.3-0.4 of distance between collectors, and length of said sections is not less than length of collector.
