FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: drainage network has radial arrangement of drains at a depth of 0.6-1.0 m. The system is provided with a sump pit in the irrigated area center. The outlets are arranged round the area circumference, and they are provided with water gates located at junctions of the drains and pit. The drains have blind parts in places where carrier wheels of the sprinkling machine pass. The machine arm is provided with a slide valve connected to the drain outlet. EFFECT: reduced drainage runoff, improved sprinkling machine capacity for cross-country travel. 2 cl, 4 dwg
