SUBSTANCE: the electronic lock has switching elements made in the form of a mechanical lock with an electric contact, actuating unit, radio transmitter, radio receiver, means for coding, inductance coil, means for frequency conversion, modulating code generator, phase manipulator, multipliers, narrow-band filter, memory unit, correlator and a threshold unit. The means for frequency conversion has mixers, local oscillators, intermediate-frequency amplifiers, correlator threshold unit and a key.
