SUBSTANCE: complex comprises an automatic control system, NAVSTAR or GLONASS global navigation system satellites, a navigation system, an inertial navigation system, navigation signal receiving equipment, a computer for calculating real coordinates of the satellite navigation system, a radio beacon, an air-high speed signal system, a small-size low-range radio altimetre, an automatic remote control system, a radio control command system, an information-logic unit, a radio control command receiving equipment, a viewing television system, a radiotelemetry system, a system for automatic control of operation of on-board aircraft systems with a computer, an engine control system, an automatic control system computer, a radio relay, an on-board system control unit, an on-board information storage, a landing and parachute deployment system, a unit for controlling the system for diagnosing the state of main gas pipelines, a system for diagnosing state of main gas pipelines, a radio altimeter, a ground control station, a ground control panel, a launcher and a rescue system, rudders. The radiotelemetry system has two radio stations, each consisting of a transceiving antenna, a high frequency generator, a phase-shift keyer, three mixers, three heterodynes, a discrete message and command source, two power amplifiers, two intermediate frequency amplifiers, a band-pass filter, a duplexer, a correlator, a threshold unit, a switch, a phase detector and a multiplier.
