PUSH-PULL DC VOLTAGE CONVERTER Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

Abstract RU 2223591 C2

FIELD: electrical engineering; converter engineering; power supplies. SUBSTANCE: device that uses same resistors for starting and running conditions has dc voltage supply 1, two transistors 2 and 3, such as those of p-n-p type, using supply voltage for their driving in conduction and cutting off, transformer 4 whose primary winding AX has each of its terminals connected to collector of p-n-p transistor or to emitter of n- p-n transistor, and center tap 0, to minus of power supply, feedback winding a1x1, and secondary winding ax connected to load 5. Connected in series with feedback winding a1x1 is capacitor 6, and this circuit is inserted between bases of transistors 2 and 3. Resistor 7 is inserted between base of transistor 2 and negative pole of dc voltage supply 1; similar resistor 8 is inserted between base of transistor 3 and same pole of voltage supply 1. EFFECT: enhanced stability of square-pulse generation frequency. 1 cl, 2 dwg
